Classical Ballet increases your fitness, flexibility and co-ordination through exercises based on strong technique and discipline. It is a great low impact workout and for rediscovering your good posture. It’s never too late to learn the Ballet discipline. We have Open Level and Total Beginners Ballet classes available.
