Barre workout is the trend for 2015
Barre workout is predicted to be one of the hottest fitness trends of 2015.
Miia has been teaching an all Australian Barre workout system, Barre Attack™ since 2013. It’s a fabulous all body toning workout that attacks those dreaded problem areas — legs, butt, thighs and arms. An easy-to-follow, dynamic fusion of Pilates, Ballet and Fitness with no tricky choreography to learn.
