Barre workout is the trend for 2015

Miia has been teaching an all Australian Barre workout system, Barre Attack™ since 2013. It’s a fabulous all body toning work­out that attacks those dreaded prob­lem areas — legs, butt, thighs and arms. An easy-to-follow, dynamic fusion of Pilates, Bal­let and Fit­ness with no tricky choreography to learn.
