BARRE ATTACK™ is a dynamic fusion of Pilates, Bal­let and Fit­ness.  It’s an all body work­out using the clas­sic Bal­let Barre that attacks those dreaded prob­lem areas — legs, butt, thighs and arms. The classes focus on cre­at­ing tone, increas­ing flex­i­bil­ity, improv­ing pos­ture, grace­ful­ness and rhythm. The class is accessible for everybody and all levels of fitness. Dance Pointe has been offering Barre Attack classes since 2013. It is an awesome toning class! Our Barre classes are open to adults aged 16 years and over, and they run on a casual basis. No dance experience is necessary and all fitness levels are welcome.

Wear any comfortable exercise wear, no shoes required for Barre Attack, bare foot is the best or wear non-slip socks. Please note baggy items will obstruct teacher to see you body alignment properly and therefore being unable to give you corrections. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle and a sweat towel. We provide all exercise equipment.
