BARRE ATTACK™ is a dynamic fusion of Pilates, Ballet and Fitness. It’s an all body workout using the classic Ballet Barre that attacks those dreaded problem areas — legs, butt, thighs and arms. Dance Pointe has been offering Barre Attack classes since 2013. It is an awesome toning class! Our Barre classes are open to adults aged 16 years and over, and they run on a casual basis. No dance experience is necessary and all fitness levels are welcome.

WHAT TO WEAR?
Wear any comfortable exercise wear, no shoes required for Barre Attack, bare foot is the best or wear non-slip socks. Please note baggy items will obstruct teacher to see you body alignment properly and therefore being unable to give you corrections. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle and a sweat towel. We provide all exercise equipment.
