Classical ballet increases your fitness, flexibility and co-ordination through exercises based on strong technique and discipline. It is a great low impact workout and for rediscovering your good posture. It’s never too late to learn the Ballet discipline. Our Adult Ballet classes are open to adults aged 16 years and over, and they run on a casual basis. No dance experience is necessary and all fitness levels are welcome.

WHAT TO WEAR?
Wear any comfortable exercise wear and if you don’t already have Ballet shoes bring along socks to be able to slide your foot on the floor comfortably. Please note baggy items will obstruct teacher to see you body alignment properly and therefore being unable to give you corrections. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle.
