Looking for a new, fun way to keep active? Always wanted to dance, but never got around to it? Have you danced before and would love to get back into it? No matter what your background is, you’ll love Dance Pointe’s inspiring Adult classes. These low impact, high intensity classes are great for you to keep your body moving and mind active. Our Adult classes are open level classes suitable from beginners to adults with none or some previous dance experience. For more advance adult dancers we recommend you to join our Intermediate/Advanced level classes.
Classical ballet increases your fitness, flexibility and co-ordination through exercises based on strong technique and discipline. In Adult Ballet we dance through the basics in Ballet and then learn a Lyrical routine. Click HERE for more info.
Adult Hip Hop
Hip Hop is fun, fast and anyone can do it. It does not require any formal dance training or level of flexibility. All you need is a pair of running shoes and a little attitude. We will mix that together with some cutting edge choreography and just watch the fun begin. Click HERE for more info.
